Job summary

Fielmann USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Development Procurement Administrator to own the end-to-end procurement for fixture packages across store openings and remodel projects. You will forecast demand, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, and coordinate production and delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong planning, supplier management, and project execution to ensure on-time openings and compliant cost control. Hybrid work schedule with on-site and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or contract administration experience.
• Experience with store fixtures, millwork, and retail construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement from fixture package through PO release, supplier acknowledgement, delivery, and closeout.
• Forecast demand and maintain a rolling procurement plan aligned with schedules and lead times.
• Create RFQs/RFPs with specs, quantities, delivery requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier capacity; track cost savings and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare scope, release readiness, and budget alignment.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for quotes, approvals, and purchases.
