Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction projects and program management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with GC/CMs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC/CMs and subcontractors.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions for Food Lion work.
• Coordinate change orders and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
• Develop phase plans, schedules, and milestones for store projects.
• Direct meetings with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
