Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Project Manager I for Food Lion-contracted projects across NC/SC/VA, with 80% travel Monday-Thursday and remote Friday. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of architectural designs/engineering concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awards with GC's, CM's and subcontractors for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and process requisitions and invoices.
• Oversee Change Authorization/Change Order process and ensure timely payments.
• Lead bid/contract/requisition approvals for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Review ARCH/MEP drawings for compliance with standards and codes.
• Provide value engineering feedback to Engineering on projects.
• Develop and implement cost-saving ideas and construction means/methods.
• Plan store expansions/remodels with detailed phase plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Refrigeration, Real Estate, and Operations.
