Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding with GC's, CM's, and subcontractors for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Coordinate bid documents, RFQ packages, and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and payments for Food Lion work.
• Manage change orders and ensure timely payments to vendors to control costs.
• Lead project meetings, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with prototype standards and codes.
