REI Co-op in Vermont seeks a Store Department Manager (SDM) to coach and motivate store sales teams, align with store goals, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll lead a visible, energetic team and drive sales across all channels with a customer-centric mindset.

Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and sound judgment are required to develop top performers, implement company standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing store

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful retail management experience.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships inside and outside the organization.
