• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store with visual and commercial curation.
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities with the Department Manager and act on them.
• Ensure customer service across all store areas and promote products.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle admin routines for people and operations accurately.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and communicate to motivate colleagues.
