Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class service for our customers. You will lead by example, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while delivering strong performance metrics.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail with supervisory experience, a team-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development in product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
