Good Oil Company in Lebanon, OH is seeking a CSR Lead to guide daily store operations, model excellent service, and strengthen the team. You will lead by example, help resolve customer concerns, and keep the store running smoothly for customers and colleagues alike.

The role emphasizes dependability, leadership, communication, and initiative. You will open/close, operate the register, assist with food safety, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment while upholding company

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or leadership experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to keep a clean, well-organized store and follow safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support the shift.

Responsibilities
