Job summary

Good Oil Company is seeking a CSR Lead to elevate the store experience, lead a team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly at our Troy, OH location.

As CSR Lead, you will set the standard for service, support your team, and address customer concerns with professionalism. Prior leadership or customer service experience is preferred; competitive weekly pay accompanies a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.

• Prepare food and maintain food safety and quality standards.
