Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Construction to support Coach and Kate Spade New York projects across North America, guiding delivery teams from kickoff through store opening and closeout.

You will help ensure opening readiness within approved scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating with PM and cross-functional partners. The role requires 2+ years of retail construction experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail construction experience.
• Experience coordinating project records, schedules, vendors or contractors.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager on assigned projects as part of each Project Delivery Team.
• Coordinate bid analyses, GC start-up packages and tenant documentation.
• Assist PM with drawing reviews, site-condition checks and constructability coordination.
• Maintain project records, RFIs, Change Orders and tracking logs.
• Track progress against the project schedule and escalate issues to PM.
