You will manage supplier performance, end-to-end sourcing events, and contract negotiations for new stores, remodels, relocations, and rollouts. This role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, solid knowledge of construction categories, and strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or store development.
• Experience in construction procurement: GCs, architectural services, fixtures.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical mindset and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events for store construction.
• Develop category strategies with global and regional stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Present sourcing recommendations to procurement leadership.
• Collaborate with Store Design, Architecture, Construction, Finance and Legal.
