Tapestry, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager of Construction in New York, NY, with hybrid work options.

You will support the Project Manager on Coach projects from kickoff to store opening, turnover and closeout, coordinating bids, drawings reviews, and site conditions. You will maintain project records and action logs, escalating issues to ensure opening readiness within scope, budget and schedule while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail construction experience.
• Ability to interpret architectural and construction documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Support the Project Manager on assigned stores from AOR Kickoff through Store Opening, Turnover and Project Closeout.
• Coordinate GC bid analyses, bid package preparation, and start-up documentation.
• Assist with drawing reviews, site-condition checks and constructability coordination.
• Maintain current approved design standards, drawings and project files through Design Development and bidding.
• Track RFIs, Change Orders and scope considerations for PM review.
