Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to own and drive assigned retail projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and brand standards across a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Store Design, Purchasing, Operations and IT to coordinate land installation, approvals, and turnover while mitigating risks and ensuring timely store openings. A strong background in construction management and site coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• 5+ years of retail, commercial, hospitality or related construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, project delivery processes and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering and construction documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with construction management and project collaboration software platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from AOR Kickoff through Store Opening, Turnover and Project Closeout, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Lead weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings to monitor project progress, review schedule performance, RFIs and Change Orders, identify project risks and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Store Design, Purchasing, Operations, Visual Merchandising, IT and Loss Prevention.
• Develop and manage project turnover and closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, operation manuals and project closeout packages.
• Support store opening readiness and post-occupancy reviews to capture lessons learned and improve delivery processes.
