You will drive end-to-end RFx events, lead bid reviews, and secure favorable contractor and supplier terms for store openings, remodels and rollouts. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Store Construction.
• Experience with general contractors, architectural services, fixtures, millwork and related categories.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities with measurable value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing events, RFx development, bid analysis and awards.
• Lead bid leveling and scope reviews to align with budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance and relationships.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and value creation.
• Present sourcing recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects with strong organization and timelines.
