Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Communications to support clear, timely communication for store teams and field leaders. This role coordinates communication deliverables, drafts store-facing content, and ensures accuracy aligned to business priorities.

You will partner with Store Operations, Training, HR, Marketing, and SSC teams to gather information, maintain calendars, review content, and publish with consistency. Some nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in communications, retail operations, marketing, administrative support, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clearly for different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading skills, and commitment to accurate, polished work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and communication deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and service-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn communication tools and platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic content management tools.
• Basic design sensibility; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, apply feedback, and continue building communication and project coordination skills.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends, if necessary, to meet business deadlines.
