Job summary

URBN is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day retail communications and operational processes across stores and Home Office. The role focuses on timely, relevant communications and driving brand priorities through effective content.

You will coordinate information between Home Office and stores, manage weekly communications, calendars, and resources, and help ensure a smooth store experience and customer service execution.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and editing skills for concise, actionable store communications.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Strong project coordination, ownership, and follow-up across teams.
• Understanding of retail environment and ability to prioritize timely, relevant updates for stores.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work style with different levels in the organization.
• Comfortable presenting information in meetings and facilitating discussions.
• Strong formatting and layout sense for clear information hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly production of the UO Download and store communications.
• Write, edit, and distribute store operations updates, brand initiatives, and employee programs.
• Review store-facing content for clarity, relevance, accuracy and timing.
• Support Communications Manager in developing retail communication plans and initiatives.
• Own and develop the UO retail intranet with pages, tools, and resources.
• Coordinate recurring Store Operations and Retail meetings, agendas, content, and notes.
• Build presentations and supporting materials using templates and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve communications, processes, tools and resources.
