You will partner with store leaders across Brand Experience, Leadership, and Operations to drive guest engagement, merchandising excellence, talent development, and operational discipline. This role demands strong leadership, strategic adaptability, and a commitment to URBN's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of store or multi-store experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven ability to hire and develop creative and operational talent.
• Strong business acumen with ability to achieve visual and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire 16 stores with an omnichannel retail approach.
• Collaborate on merchandising and display to create a compelling local store environment.
• Drive brand campaign events and community-focused activities.
• Develop talent through succession planning and feedback.
• Oversee operational planning including forecasting, scheduling, and payroll in district.
