Job summary

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the role coordinates between Home Office and stores, manages weekly Store Communications, and maintains calendars and resources to drive brand priorities and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly production of store communications and publish content.
• Write, edit, and distribute store and field communications.
• Review store-facing content for clarity and relevance.
• Develop and execute retail communication plans.
• Own and update the UO intranet and resources.
• Coordinate Store Operations and Retail meetings.
• Create agendas, materials, and notes with follow-up.
• Support promotions, pricing changes, and product launches.
