Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach as the Assistant Store Manager. You will help drive store performance, train and coach staff, and maintain a guest-focused environment with strong standards in safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include talent attraction, onboarding, performance coaching, and leading merchandising and service execution to boost sales and guest satisfaction. Availability includes day, night, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or team lead roles.
• Ability to manage training and coaching programs for store staff.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head Coach to attract, hire and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Drive engagement through recognition, communication and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines and ensure safety and policy compliance.
