Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking Co-Managers to act as the heartbeat of the store, support the General Manager, lead by example, and deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

As a Co-Manager, you'll drive store performance, develop top talent, and bring RaceTrac’s mission to life: making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with guest-first culture.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotions, food service compliance, and in-store experience.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper audits/documentation.
