You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, ensure visual standards, and drive an oasis of service for customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead by example, manage payroll and expenses with integrity, and help develop staff to deliver Windsor’s brand promise. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

• Maintain Windsor's Visual Guidelines and policies.
• Lead by example and foster continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity with KPI focus.
• Coach and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Oversee payroll, expenses, and shrink in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and compliant store environment.
• Promote Windsor values and exceptional customer experience.
