Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Seattle, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, coach a team of stylists, and ensure an Oasis omni-channel experience for customers.

You’ll lead with integrity, foster a culture of respect, and maintain Windsor’s Visual Guidelines while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers opportunities for development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and brand loyalty through exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and motivate Stylists; partner with Store Manager on staffing and onboarding.
• Oversee daily store operations, including payroll and expenses, and maintain Windsor guidelines.
