Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Seattle to act as the Store Manager's right hand, driving sales and store operations. You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, manage payroll and expenses, and uphold Windsor's standards across the brand experience.

You will lead by example, optimize KPI reporting, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and recognition. This role demands strong leadership and a commitment to Windsor values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall store productivity.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of assistants and stylists.
• Ensure payroll, shrink, and expenses align with the Windsor Merchandising Directive.
