Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education is a high school diploma and/or GED.

Responsibilities

• Co‑Manage all aspects of store operation and profitability.
• Ensure that customers are acknowledged and their project needs are met; forecast scheduling needs with the Store Manager.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and develop associates; communicate store objectives to the team.
• Merchandise products and displays; walk the store with leadership to stay proactive on merchandising issues.
• Develop and communicate store standards; study competition and identify trends.
• Ensure safety of customers and associates; manage cash deposits and standard operating procedures for openings/closings.
