Qualifications

• Flexible, 55 hours per week schedule.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage all aspects of store operation and profitability.
• Excel in customer service; forecast scheduling with Store Manager.
• Supervise store associates; recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff.
• Merchandise products and displays; work with managers to stay proactive.
• Plan store standards; develop store mission, strategy, and objectives.
• Ensure safety and follow standard operating procedures; handle deposits and cash processes.
