Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-manage all aspects of store operation and profitability.
• Ensure customers are acknowledged and needs met; forecast scheduling with Store Manager.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Associates; communicate objectives.
• Merchandise products and displays; stay proactive on merchandising issues.
