Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-Manage the business and store operations to maximize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and forecast staffing needs accordingly.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and develop store associates; communicate objectives.
• Oversee merchandising and in-store displays with leaders to stay proactive on issues.
• Develop and communicate store standards, mission, strategy and objectives; study competition.
• Ensure safety, manage deposits, and follow standard operating procedures for openings/closings.
