Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership with collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory, pricing, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and merchandise presentation with clear action plans.
