Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Co-Manager for our Savannah, GA location to partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day operations, sales growth, and profitability. You will lead Associates, ensure superb customer service, and drive merchandising programs to achieve store goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in store leadership, a strong customer focus, and proven ability to manage teams, merchandising, and operations within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of store leadership experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage all aspects of store operation and profitability.
• Support scheduling, staffing and coaching to meet customer demand and store standards.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and development of Associates; communicate objectives to the team.
• Oversee merchandising and display execution; observe trends and adjust as needed.
• Develop store standards, mission and strategy with the Store Manager; ensure execution.
