Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Columbus, OH to support the Store Manager in leading a team of assistants and stylists. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure the store delivers Windsor’s Oasis experience.

You will oversee training and development, maintain brand standards, and foster a culture of respect and results. A high school diploma and retail leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze store KPIs and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of assistants and stylists to achieve store goals.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage payroll, scheduling and expenses.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions.
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
