Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager in Whitehall, PA to serve as the store manager's right hand and drive store productivity. You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, manage sales, payroll, and expenses, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the Oasis concept.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit and onboard talent, analyze KPI reporting, and maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity by directing daily operations and staffing.
• Coach and motivate a team of assistants and stylists to meet performance goals.
• Analyze KPI data and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to Windsor policies, procedures, and visual standards.
