Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Columbus is hiring a full-time Store Manager to drive store performance and guest experience. You will lead a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists, manage daily operations, visual standards, and expense controls while delivering omni-channel Oasis experiences to customers.

You will analyze KPI data, recruit and develop talent, schedule effectively, ensure loss prevention, and uphold Windsor’s merchandising and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analyzing KPI data and translating numbers into action.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Maintain Windsor merchandising directives, visual standards and safety procedures.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, shrink, and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience with an omni-channel Oasis approach and strong loss prevention practices.
