Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate and partner with the District Manager to drive alignment and execute strategy.
• Analyze sales and financial reporting to identify opportunities and guide store team.
• Conduct store walks with ASMs and DSs to assess opportunities and create improvements.
• Lead weekly staff meetings to establish goals and engage associates.
• Coach and train store management and associates on operations, merchandising, and profitability.
• Support pilot programs and new store initiatives to improve operations and reduce stockouts.
