The role supports the Store Manager and oversees Grocery and General Merchandise, including sales, payroll, and budgeting, while enforcing company policies and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Assume total store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Direct responsibility of Grocery and General Merchandise departments, including sales and payroll.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management of all store departments including HR.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and OSHA training.
