You will have direct responsibility for the Grocery and General Merchandise departments, supporting customer service and store standards even when the Store Manager is away.

Responsabilités

• Assists Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the entire store, including Merchandising, Human Resources, and budgeting.
• Direct responsibility and reporting of the Grocery and General Merchandise departments.
• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Assume total store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Direct responsibility (accountability) of the Grocery and General Merchandise departments, including sales and profit metrics.
