• Direct responsibility for Grocery and General Merchandise departments, including sales, gross profit, shrink, payroll, CTO.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management of all departments within the store operation.
• Coordinate staffing, wage/hour policies, and training per company guidelines.
