Responsibilities

• Does not supervise associates on a regular basis.
• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Assume total store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Direct responsibility of Grocery and General Merchandise departments, including sales, gross profit, shrink, payroll, CTO.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management of all departments within the store operation.
• Human Resources responsibilities include staffing, training, wage and hour policies, and associate retention.
• Control operating expenses and achieve budgeted goals.
• Ensure sanitation policies are met and proper procedures followed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
