Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Manage the grocery operation of a retail unit: dry grocery, dairy, frozen food and DSD.
• Oversee Grocery/General Merchandise department in store volumes that do not warrant a GM Manager.
• Responsible for budgeting and financial aspects of the Grocery department, including sales, gross margin and payroll.
• Coordinate merchandising of all Grocery/General Merchandise products.
• Ensure the Grocery Department is well stocked and presented within corporate standards.
• Train and develop associates within the Grocery department.
