Job summary

Michaels in Sewell, NJ is seeking a store associate to help guests, maintain a clean, safe shopping environment, and support daily store operations. You will engage customers, assist with checkout, and promote our Rewards program while following SOPs.

The role requires 16+ years old, flexibility for nights/weekends/early mornings, and a willingness to participate in in-store processes like BOPIS and stock logistics.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop and find what they're looking for.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
