Michaels Stores in Sewell, NJ is seeking a diligent team member to maintain cleanliness and assist customers in a busy retail setting. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock and help with in-store processes, including BOPIS and Ship from Store, while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
