Job summary

Michaels Stores in Clark, NJ is seeking a Store Cleaner/Associate to maintain a high standard of store appearance, assist customers, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship from Store.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and following SOPs. Total base pay range is $17.25 to $20.00 per hour, with overtime potential where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
