Michaels in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Store Associate to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support the checkout area. You’ll help customers locate items, participate in BOPIS and Ship from Store processes, and keep shelves in good order.

The role involves standing long hours, lifting boxes, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed. You must be 16 or older and able to perform tasks per SOPs, with friendly, safety-conscious service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find items.
• Assist with checkout, rewards enrollments, and omnichannel processes.
• Participate in stock, truck unload, and planogram activities.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies and safety programs.
