Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the TAMPA-SPRING HILL, FL location. You will maintain a high standard of store appearance, assist customers, keep areas clean, and help shoppers find what they need while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, stocking, POS checkout duties, and participation in omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store. Must be 16+, flexible for nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers and help locate items.
• Participate in packing out, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Engage in checkout duties and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
