Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for the Fresno-Clovis store to maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and execute checkout procedures. The role involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, while supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store operations.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow SOPs.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers with shopping and product location.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store).
• Participate in stocking, truck unload, and planogram processes.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
