Job summary

Michaels Stores in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Store Associate to uphold cleanliness, assist customers, and support Omni-channel operations including BOPIS and Ship from Store. You will help customers locate products and provide friendly, efficient service.

The role requires standing long hours, lifting and moving goods, and following company SOPs. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram execution while upholding safety and the company values.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
