Job summary

Michaels Springfield store is seeking a team member to help maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment. You will assist customers, support store operations, and help ensure products are properly stocked and presented. You will also participate in Omni-channel processes and follow SOPs to ensure safety and quality.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Experience in retail or cleaning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Deep clean key areas of the store including bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways and other high traffic areas.
