Job summary

Michaels Temple, PA is hiring for a Store Associate responsible for keeping the store clean, assisting customers, and supporting checkout operations. You will restock, maintain cleanliness, and participate in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).

Previous retail or cleaning experience is preferred. You will interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and follow SOPs to ensure safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Must meet safety and SOP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers with shopping and product location.
• Handle checkout tasks and cash handling to standards.
• Support BOPIS and Ship from Store processes.
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
