Job summary

Michaels Plainview, NY store is seeking team members to maintain a high standard of store appearance and deliver excellent customer service. You will help customers find products, handle cash, and participate in Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store appearance, cleanliness and recovery to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Handle checkout with accuracy and engage customers in rewards programs.
• Participate in BOPIS and Ship from Store processes and truck unloading tasks.
• Support shrink, safety programs and SOP compliance.
