Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking team members for store cleaning and customer service responsibilities in a busy retail environment. You will maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Assist customers and participate in Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Move and stock products, participate in planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
