Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi‑task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and reorder chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per company guidelines.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and coordinate with the team.
• Support stockroom operations and omni‑channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
